Sources of Strength Staff Wellness Training is an engaging, interactive session designed to foster resilience and wellness among your staff. This training incorporates the proven, evidence-based principles of the Sources of Strength prevention model, which promotes protective factors that support mental health and well-being.
Through fun activities, meaningful discussions, and hands-on learning, participants will:
- Explore Sources of Strength's key resilience factors.
- Learn how to apply these strengths to their personal lives and support others.
- Enhance their sense of belonging and connection within the workplace.
- Walk away with practical strategies to manage daily stressors and improve well-being.

Training Details
This is a stand-alone training designed to support wellness for adults. An active Sources of Strength program is not required.
Cost Includes:
- Pre-session consultation and tailored training development to ensure relevance and impact
- One to three hours of training facilitated by a member of the Sources of Strength National Training team
- All Sources of Strength staff travel and accommodation costs for onsite training in the continental United States
- Materials to support training
- Ongoing support resources, including access to email support and technical assistance calls

- Introduction & Connecting Activity (30 minutes)
- Icebreakers and team-building exercises to set the tone.
- Resilience Framework Exploration (1 hour)
- In-depth exploration of the 8 protective factors that contribute to mental health, well-being, and resilience.
- Energizing Game & Calming Activity (30 minutes)
- Fun, engaging activities to learn new wellness strategies and break up the day.
- Breakout Group Sharing (30 minutes)
- Group discussions to apply learning, share experiences, and bond as a team.
- Closing Reflection & Application (30 minutes)
- Reflection on key takeaways and personal strategies for continued wellness.
