Breaking the silence takes courage. You have the power to help the people you care about get connected to help. Asking for help is not a sign of weakness, it is actually an incredible sign of strength. When we know someone is hurting, or even feeling suicidal, it's important that we invite Trusted Adults into the situation so we are not the only ones who know. Together, we can get them connected to the help they need and deserve, which may come from one of the helplines below. If we are concerned about someone, starting an honest conversation can be the first step towards recovery and healing.
